SALES POLICY

All products offered by ENTRADAS CORRIDA can be reserved and purchased through our website and contact forms.

ENTRADAS CORRIDA offers tickets categorized in our sections. Alongside the ticket price, a map indicating the location of each category is provided. ENTRADAS CORRIDA offers tickets in pairs and does not guarantee more than two tickets together. Additionally, there is no commitment to provide specific seat numbers; sales are always made by category, not by specific seats.

The buyer will indicate the name of the event, the number of tickets, and the selected category when making a reservation. Personal and banking information will also be required to complete the reservation. This information will not be shared or used against the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.

REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY

ENTRADAS CORRIDA states that if a ticket for a bullfighting event is purchased, the amount will not be refunded unless ENTRADAS CORRIDA is unable to provide the purchased service.
– The buyer’s inability to attend the event is not considered a valid reason for a refund. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, according to current consumer and retail trade regulations.

– ENTRADAS CORRIDA is not responsible for changes in the date or venue of the sporting events. If the event’s time or date changes, the buyer will be offered the opportunity to receive tickets for the same event on the new date set by the event’s organizers. If the buyer cannot attend the event on the new date, ENTRADAS CORRIDA will not refund the purchase amount.

DELIVERY POLICY

If you purchase tickets for events published on our website, an informative email will be sent confirming your order, along with a voucher as proof of purchase. The voucher will include the selected event, venue and date, number of tickets, and the chosen category.
The purchased tickets will be sent in PDF format to the customer’s email two days before the bullfighting event.
